Motorex founded MTEC as an educational center intended for the training and education of auto mechanics and auto electricians who perform this work in service stations or independently. MTEC is the only institution of this type in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Motorex is very proud of this achievement, since, in this way, it can contribute to the development and professional improvement of the car servicing service.

The center was founded on the model of similar centers in Western countries. In this regard, the main purpose of MTEC is to offer better education to people from the automotive industry, professional upgrading of existing knowledge, acquisition of new skills and a more professional approach to customers.

In addition to the theoretical part, all trainings have a practical part that corresponds to the real working conditions of a car mechanic service. The work methodology includes the use of specially designed technical and didactic equipment and vehicles, which will be used to simulate errors and malfunctions, which the training participants will then learn to identify in a logical sequence, and then eliminate them.
